Integrated Human Capital is looking for a motivated and eager selling Branch Manager to join our El Paso team!

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading sales growth and operations of the branch(es) and on-site locations in a defined geographic area. This role requires an extensive amount of B2B business development activity. Relocation to El Paso is required for this position. This role is not remote.

Responsibilities of the Branch Manager

  • Proactively ensures that all branch and sales growth processes and controls are in place to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability of the branch.
  • Has sufficient approval authority (as delegated by IHC Executive Management) to reduce processing delays while maintaining appropriate "2nd level review" to protect the interests of Integrated Human Capital.
  • Is responsible for the branch(es) P&L; Selects, directs and develops staff to provide job progression, succession planning and ensure retention of the best-qualified, high-potential regular full-time employees.
  • Meet the branch’s sales goals.
  • P&L responsibility.
  • Stay within budget and contain costs proactively.
  • Deal promptly with budget variances.
  • Protect company proprietary, confidential, and competitive information.
  • Monitors branch accounts receivables.
  • Direct staff in the management of account receivables DSO to the stated target.
  • Works closely with leadership to develop budgets and expense controls.
  • Hiring/Developing/Retaining Talent: Build a successful recruiting and sales team.
  • Identify the team’s development needs.
  • Provide meaningful development plans.
  • Reward staff for developmental success as well as for job performance.
  • Actively work to identify and retain top talent.
  • Sets performance standards and objectives for the branch; performs periodic coaching and evaluates staff according to Performance Management and Annual Salary Review (ASR) requirements.
  • Define team roles and responsibilities.
  • Review team successes and failures.
  • Express pride in the group and encourage people to feel good about team accomplishments.
  • Make sure that all team members are treated fairly.
  • Lead by example.
  • Incorporate the motivational drivers of the individuals on the team to provide an environment that maximizes team performance.
  • Conducts periodic reviews and internal audits to assess compliance with EEO/AAP and sub-contracting requirements.
  • Drives consistency in hiring processes, assignment processes, and customer service delivery; Avionte documentation.
  • Ensures all staff has a thorough understanding of customer requirements, expectations, etc.
  • Ensures the branch is achieving optimum recruiting results.
  • Analyzes/reviews reports from Corporate; maintain accurate records and submits reports as required.
  • Proactively implements and administers Integrated Human Capital programs, procedures and policies. As appropriate, may delegate authority.
  • Initiates and presents Quarterly Business Reviews for all accounts in the span of responsibility.
  • Work closely with operations, sales, and accounting to ensure business review quality and accuracy.
  • Maintains current knowledge of area competition to ensure the competitive advantage of pay and bill rates.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements of the Branch Manager

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' comparable industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to apply problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-task, team and customer service oriented without losing composure; tactful, adept at office productivity.
  • Demonstrated PC proficiency; Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Excel; 10 key calculators, and other office equipment copiers, fax, etc.
  • Must be cooperative, patient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently; Enjoy a fast-paced work environment while displaying the highest level of professionalism; A desire for and proven ability to motivate and develop people.
  • Sales, negotiation, interpersonal and basic math skills are required.
  • Ability to develop, present, and implement sales plans and proposals.
  • Proven ability to network and actively participate in community organizations and groups.
  • Credit collection skills.
  • A strong mix of customer service orientation with business acumen.
  • Ability to communicate orally with associates, customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers.
  • Regular use of telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.

Additional Information for the Branch Manager

  • This job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with frequent travel to customer sites. Driving several days a week for multiple hours at a time is required.
